Kelly Rowland‘s latest creation has been unveiled!

Viewers of the singer’s hit BET show ‘Chasing Destiny’ were finally introduced to her new five-piece girl-group.

The quintet, comprised of Brienna, Shyann, Ashly, Gabby, and Krystal, joined their mentor on the You & Me Show to dish about their experience thus far and what to expect.

Apparently, following their ‘Hotline Bling’ cover, the group are gearing up to release official material uber soon.

Peep the chat after the jump…

We’re buzzed for what’s to come.

The ladies have ample potential and, with the “machine” kicking, they look as cohesive as they sound.

The girl seated to Kelly’s left reminds me of 2001’s Kelly Rowland in DC. Coincidence?

    • HALF AMAZIN May 20, 2016

No she doesn’t. However she’s 19 and it shows. She looks WAAAAAY younger than everyone else. Isn’t Kristal almost 30? Gabby should be a solo artist. Ashley looks awkward with the rest of them. I just don’t know how this is gonna work.

      • Jamie May 20, 2016

That’s not your place to decide. Their talent and faith in God is what will carry them.

  2. #JACKIE May 19, 2016

Kelly is so gorgeous. She reminds me of Godiva chocolate sprinkled with unicorn dust. Her fans in the background aren’t too bad either.

    • Jamie May 19, 2016

They’re her group you shady biittchh. Jackie, don’t you have to go pick your grandson up from one of his half-siblings house? Get with it before Future gets sole custody.

      • #JACKIE May 19, 2016

I don’t know them just like you don’t know your daddy. #YoMammysAWh0re

      • Just being honest May 19, 2016

Lol There you go again projecting your life struggles and misfortune onto others. Just because you’re an uneducated, fatherless, Baboon looking, std riddled, bitter, sexually frustrated, yuck mouth c***, doesn’t mean everyone else is. Get your life and your T-Cells together h**.

      • #JACKIE May 19, 2016

  4. Good for her May 19, 2016

Very happy and very excited for Kelly and for the group. They all look absolutely beautiful. The styling is on point. I love all of the natural hair and the weaves look great too. the girls seem to be meshing well and I can’t wait to hear (and buy) their new material; but first I’m going to need Kelly to kick her promo tour for her new album into high gear. Just because she’s developing artists now, doesn’t mean she’s done being an artist herself. I want a new KROW album ASAP.

  5. What Now May 19, 2016

That chick in the Jean jacket rest b**** face is on fleek.

  6. Everyone’s A Critic May 19, 2016

Too much hair!!!!! Like do something about it. It’s literally a focal point of the picture.
    Kelly is STUNNING though

  7. Sterling Infinity May 19, 2016

    @WhatNow Yes I saw that!

  8. steve May 19, 2016

They are all stunningly beautiful, talented ladies. The cover of hot line being is awesome. The harmonisation is out of here. I can’t wait to hear their original work. I don’t want them to be tailored to only RnB. They need a crossover hit to be the it girl group.

  9. jammy May 19, 2016

I hope to see star power in these girls. The girl in the top right already has a bit of a tiny transformation. I just want these girls to become Danity Kane DONE RIGHT, but with some DC3 and TLC vibes?! lol

  10. ???????Chile, take this “Itty Bitty Piggy” to the market and make sure you hold her hand while crossing the street!??????? May 19, 2016

I rely hope Kelly doesn’t do to them what the industry has been doing to her, which is forcing her into the R&B lane. Kelly, PLEASE let them record a few pop songs and release it to radio for then to build their fanbase and THEN slowly incorporate the R&B.

  11. Promote please May 19, 2016

This rant that I’m about to post has little to do with the video and EVERYTHING TO DO WITH KELLY. I know she’s gearing up to release her fifth LP very soon and there are some things I feel the need to say; and yes, I’m about to write an essay.

I have always respected Kelly’s artistry. I own ALL of her albums; even her Diva Deluxe EP (released on Itunes),and they ALL stay on repeat. I think her music breaks molds. She’s also a trailblazer (she collaborated with a European DJ, and that suddenly became an R&B trend in 2011).
I think people sleep on Kelly because Kelly sleeps on herself. I have never had a problem with her music, but I have a huge problem with her inability to follow through with her musical eras.
Kelly has a hustler’s mentality and I’m not mad at her for that; but her time management skills need work. She’s constantly taking on multiple projects at once and as a result her album promo undoubtedly suffers. “Here I Am” should have been her break-out album. She broke away from Matthew, was released by Columbia records, spent a year recording independently and still managed to produce a worldwide EDM smash with “When Love Takes Over”. This got the attention of a label head and Kelly was suddenly a Universal Motown artist. Her first official single (“Motivation”) became a chart-topping hit. This song stayed atop the R&B charts for several weeks consecutively. It became a multi-platinum selling single, and spawned a number of remixes done by other big name artists (you know you’ve made a great song when your peers try to duplicate it). After all of this, you would think that “Here I Am” would have been flying off the shelves, but it was not,and the reason why is because Kelly dropped the promo ball. There weren’t hardly enough televised appearances or performances, and when she landed the FAME tour gig,she cut her tour time short in order to do X Factor UK. She stopped promoting the album. She expected her label to push singles for her and of course they didn’t,so the album ‘flopped’ even though it was a great body of work that produced hit singles (“Commander” and “Motivation”).
Fast forward two years later and “Talk a Good Game” is released. This is arguably the best album of Kelly’s career. So many songs were single worthy, but of course, Kelly played it safe and went with what she (and the label) thought would be Motivation no.# 2. They released “Kisses Down Low”,it was not Motivation no.#2. They then released “Dirty Laundry” as the second and final single off the album. Kelly never performed “Dirty Laundry” while on her promo tour. She performed it live while on her concert tour which she co-headlined with The Dream. But wait, she then cut that tour short to film the X Factor US and promo for “Talk a Good Game” came to a screeching halt. So the album, while great musically, still flopped. Why? Because most people didn’t know there was an album, because Kelly never promotes for the masses. She has never had a strong promotional era or proper marketing and she has never completed a concert tour. That’s a problem.
Kelly’s issue has never been a lack of talent or musical capability. Her issue has always been a lack of follow through and finishing what she starts, which directly effects album promotion. Kelly fails to fully dedicate herself to her music outside of what she accomplishes in the studio because when it’s time to promote,Kelly busies herself with other projects that make her money, but take her away from what her main priority should be; her music.
I can certainly understand why people are frustrated with Kelly and claim she’s a “basic artist”. Those people are basing their opinion on numbers alone. The fact is if Kelly’s albums had all been multi-platinum phenoms, people would be singing a very different tune. People today base every thing on first week metrics. Whatever happened to the ‘slow burn’ album. Kelly is a platinum selling artist. As a solo act she has pushed nearly 30 million units. That’s a huge deal, until you compare it to the units of other pop artist who are pulling in those numbers for one era alone, but many of those artist don’t hold a candle to Kelly’s artistry.
Just because an artist doesn’t sell well does not mean that their music sucks. It usually means that there is a missing element; and in Kelly’s case that element is time management and strategic marketing and promotion. In my opinion, Kelly is one of the best in the game artistically speaking, but so many people still don’t know it because Kelly can never get the ball Rowland (pun intended :).
Hopefully she will surprise us with this new era.

    • Okay May 19, 2016

      Girl, tew much!

    • trose May 19, 2016

Dead at “get the ball rowland” you strike some valid point really valid actually. I always thought down on love was the hit that got away on TAGG …dirty laundry was a great buzz track but def not official single worthy. Motivation proved she has star quality now we need Star album.

  12. trose May 19, 2016

This group is gonna be so dope I need anthemic crossover but still urban records tho think Creep-tlc or no scrubs…keep it urban but mainstream undertones and dance yall assess off we love in a visual age and it’s all about SHOW not tell. Visually we need choreography and sonically I need harmonies which I know will be no prob use danity kanes debut as a blueprint now that was a sonically cohesive debut album.

    • trose May 19, 2016

And side please don’t let the group name have the number 5 in it…b more creative

  13. 2bad2bme May 19, 2016

Yes @ this needs to be Danity Kane DONE RIGHT! Please come up with a creative name and no cheesy music. I can feel something big is about to happen to these woman because the music industry is lacking an all black girl group.

  14. No favs, just here for the music May 19, 2016

I’m really excited about this group

  15. Annalise May 19, 2016

Gaby a thot, but her hair lookin real cute so i’ll let that slide KIII!
    _
I’m not too keen on this combination. There is a huge age difference amongst the girls, and they did not seem like an organic fit. There’s almost 10 year age gap between Shyann and Kristal, so how will this work out in the long run. Who is their target audience and where is the marketability? The talent is there, but looks-wise it is very mismatched!

  16. Miss Omega May 19, 2016

They sound great, but I think Kelly should’ve made two groups and put Shyann in one with Skye and Mayah, maybe Alyxx. Her hair looks awful and she looks a lot younger than the other girls.

I really hope they can be styled into something innovative like TLC or classy like En Vogue and continue to slay the vocals though. Happy they don’t look like over-weaved.

  17. Reddish tran ivy blokz Need UK timely May 19, 2016

So gald that my girl brieanna made the group however the rest of them girl looks nice so why haven’t they name the group yet since they all doing interview along with Kelly w

  18. Julien May 20, 2016
