That Blonde lakefront comment is just silly, many celebrities have done high fashion shoots with various hair colours, its about the clothes and image and hair colour has nothing to do with it unless you wanted a particular colour for a reason.
I think the cover is showing all aspects of black beauty, although Ciara does stand out because she has blonde hair.
