Cher Lloyd is charging on with her comeback campaign.
Last month saw ‘The X Factor’ graduate hatch new single ‘Activated’ – her first release since leaving Epic Records.
The catchy cut found favour with fans, as well as on That Grape Juice.
Can it become a hit, though? Lloyd aims to ensure so with the arrival of its accompanying video.
Directed by Cala3reeze, the clip awaits after the jump…
It’s not ‘Thriller,’ but serves its purpose in that it makes solid use of its budget. It’s gritty, yet glossy, and stylised enough to present Lloyd as a possible Pop chart prospect.
Solid.

video a mess, lyrics tragic.
how is she still signed to epic but ciara and tamar get dropped?
Oops, is that anti-melanin I hear?
The sad thing is that we have to take that as a possiblity
Actually she was dropped by Epic after her last album flopped. She’s with another label now
One hit wonder here and even her success in the UK was very short lived. As for the song, definitely not strong enough for a comeback / relaunch.
Cheryl Cole changed her stage name?
my least fav track on GLORY still makes this sound like someone’s forgotten solo on Glee or HSM. this is garBAGE, steaming hot.
…
I feel uncomfortable for her. That’s how ridiculous she looks
Gurl no this is a mess
Is she on crack?
Basic mess just like her mentor Chavyl Croak.
Nice music video
I don’t like the song but the problem is…
She has dancers but they’re not doing much, this video needs choreography at least during the chorus.
Cher thinks that lazily swinging hair and glamour shots are going to give a low budget video so umph. She needed to do more
