With a new month upon us, it appears a new Frank Ocean album may be swimming into stores imminently.
The soulful crooner’s sophomore set ‘Boys Don’t Cry’ is easily one of the most anticipated of the year, following a lengthy spell of teasing.
Indeed, it’s been four years since the release of his ground-breaking debut ‘Channel Orange’ and details surrounding its follow-up have been few and far between. A fact which has only heightened the hype for ‘Boys.’
Said buzz reached new highs moments ago when a live broadcast went live on a designated site for the LP.

By way of his elusiveness and exquisite contributions to music, Ocean is one of a few artists who can genuinely pull of an “event” release.
Now, let’s just hope the material lives up (and even exceeds) expectation.

Channel Orange was a masterpiece of a debut album. But of course, if it aint smokin weed or f***** h***, this generation ain’t here for it. Smh lyricism deep. Creativity deep. Y’all? Shallow as hell.

Channel Orange was obviously not average. Average is almost any pop release by these models with a mic we have in mainstream. But his wasn´t. Critical acclaim was huge. And well, it may be boring to you, it kind of was to me. But quality wise, it was damn great.
He´s not meant to be a big star so he obviously won´t do any big numbers if that´s what you are expecting to see. It won´t be a flop, cause pretty much everybody is a flop, meaning nobody is a flop anymore LOL
