Omarion celebrates his 32nd birthday with the release of a brand new song named ‘It’s Whatever.’

On it, he addresses he and Apryl Jones’ conscious uncoupling and how he is adjusting to fatherhood months removed from the breakup.

Told my BM she can have that. Put that on my daughter and my son. Every night I’m having flashbacks.

Profound.

Listen below…

On his new LP?

I’m excited to announce that I’ll be dropping a new project early next year titled ‘Reasons’ & I am confident that it will be well received like all my previous work/ I’ve grown in so many ways & this is reflected in my music. I can’t wait to share it with you all.

Cute.but idk if we’ll ever get back the good rnb we got back in the early 2000s and 90s

I like it. I’ll be checking his new album out. I think his last album “s** Playlist” was very good and underrated. Definitely deserved better numbers.

He should have stayed in 2005 where he belongs

Early 2000s was great for r&b. We had usher at his biggest peak, avant, maxwell,Jill Scott, tank, destiny child dropping some r&b while doing pop,Craig David nd many more. Great times for the club.

Decent. Much better than that dj mustard crap with kid ink/yg rapping.

Apryl is pissed about the lyrics, but “It’s Whatever” I guess. I can’t believe she gave up on LAHH:H to follow this man around touring everywhere and now they’re over.

This is a great Aaliyah sample! Omarion has always been an underrated talent but he just doesn’t work hard enough to make it to that next level. Take that chip off your shoulder O and humble yourself so the world can believe in you too. Keep pushing…you’ll get there.

I didn’t king his last album, but tbh these early 2000 winey r&b singers all sound the same, I need some real vocals like Tevin Campbell, Luther….. singing some real r&b

This track is very decent and transparent it looks like Omarion is going to be more open with this project based on this preview and his statement hopefully he finds the lane he is looking for, as well as the success.
