Trey Songz has been musically missing in action for much of the year, but pulls the “trigga” early on Christmas with new song ‘Comin’ Home.’

Billed as a special “gift” to fans, the 30-year-old unwrapped the track today and you can hear it right here on That Grape Juice.

Take a listen below…

A pleasant listen that should placate Songz’s supporters until the New Year.

Having taken an elongated break, it will be interesting to see how he fares when he does coming swinging with comeback material.

It is too early for a Christmas song, Trey. Where is the single at.

And Christmas is over a month away, so what’s your point? We haven’t even carved our turkeys yet. Christmas festivities should happen after thanksgiving. The commercialization of the holidays is gross at this point. ?

LMAOO, there’s nothing wrong with releasing Christmas music in late November.

It’s not wrong. It’s just unfavorable in my eyes. Though I must say I don’t celebrate Christmas in the way that most people do. I’m just going to take this opportunity to explain my sentiment to you. You’ve been warned. Christmas is a scam and it’s been turned into a glamorized, superficial “holiday” that’s been economically fashioned to be about money. And Jesus wept. Maybe no one else cares or notices but its not a coincidence that we’re thinking about Christmas before thanksgiving. What does that say to you? Everyone will donate their expired can goods and the clothes their kids can’t fit anymore and call it charity. In January they won’t care about the homeless anymore. And the day after giving thanks is Black Friday. This is done purposely. Then Christmas comes around. Tis the season to be jolly. This is the season to be happy. Has no ever questioned why we have a season to be happy? No? Okay. Christmas is giant marketing scam. And Jesus wept some more…

Why is he always grunting instead of singing his heart out. I love the song though. It’s really scarce to have a good song from him this days. Go Trey.
