She’s not flopping she’s had a top 5 hit , the only thing is there’s no hype around Katy’s new album probably cos she’s taken a different route then the childish pop, she’s defo trying to get that Grammy , I hope it works for her

By her standards shes flopping, its like adele selling 500K first week… Its not bad at all but for someone who scans diamond with all her records thats dismal.Katy’s lead singles are always huge, that has always been her angle. CTTR unfortunately isnt blowing. Shes been struggling it seems, that Rise song that was meant to be the olympics anthem tanked as well. I think she needs to stop with this pretensious social-awareness fuckery and go back to making fun caution-to-the-wind pop music like Hot N Cold. No riding behind politics and current world affairs to get a hit.
