Jaden Smith Readies K-Pop Project

For years K-Pop (which originates in South Korea) has pulled from African-American/Urban culture to turn its acts into million dollar entities.

Now, as its popularity rises in the Western world, it seems that a number of U.S. artists are gearing up to return the “favour”.

One of these, you may be elated to learn, is Jaden Smith.

News that he’ll joining the likes of T.O.P, 2NE1 and Girls Generation in the K-Pop clan comes as he continues to welcome stellar reviews penned to celebrate his role in the Netflix original series ‘The Get Down‘.

A release date for the single is yet to be announced.

    CL is amazing. Her tour here was sold out. Minzy has a new EP as well. Just bought that as well. Good luck to Jaden. People in America should take notes from k pop artist. They literally have groups that have 7or more people and they ALL sing and stick together for years. Our groups rarely stay together for a year.
