There really was no competition between him and Beyonce because they were only in a few categories together. Most of the categories Drake was nominated for were against other men and most of the categories Beyonce was nominated for was against other women.

Again she had the most successful tour in US and was the only touring act to cross 1 million in attendance for 2016. Bruce Springsteen came in second followed by cold play.

Again she sold more records in US than other female artist R&B or not.

Again Beyoncé topped year end R&B album charts when Billboard released their annual rankings.
The Salvation Army just can’t accept Rihflop isn’t as successful as they make her out to be. Drake snatched her streaming awards because he has a bigger pull amongst streams. Twenty-one Pilots and The Chainsmokers snatched single awards from Rih because they had a longer stay within the Top 10 or 5. Didn’t closer spend like 30+ weeks in the Top 5?
