Omarion once commanded a fan army of millions as part of B2K and during his early solo run.
However, only a handful of them showed up to his latest gig in Namibia. And we mean a handful.

The 32-year-old was tapped to perform at the Independence Stadium in Windhoek on Friday.
As part of the agreement, he was asked to appear at press conference earlier in the day. That didn’t happen though, because his manager claimed he was exhausted from his flight and could not meet with the press.
What happened between then and showtime is anyone’s guess. But come his performance, next to no one was there.

Something is going unsaid here. Was this a free concert? People with tickets would have showed up, and the promoters have to pay him regardless — or, will they say that he did not fulfill the contract by missing the press conference, thereby releasing the promoters of the obligation to pay?
Here in Africa, it’s hard to sell tickets before the show. 90% of tickets are sold at the gates.

Yea this happened to Brandy too. They made her the “surprise act” and didn’t announce she would be there. So by the time she came on stage everyone had left because none of the ticket holders knew she was coming. Looks like they did the same thing to Omarion…on purpose lol.
That was hilarious as well. Her career ended in 99, so that wasn’t surprising at all.

Are we really surprised? Omarion’s career has been in limbo since he went solo, minus a hit or two.He’s not even that popular in America! Why would he have an audience in a foreign country?

Mbaue what happened. the problem was that the organizers did not advertise him properly. He only had one poster in the whole of windhoek what did he expect. And he came at the wrong time there were alot of events of other well known artists.
Cockiness doesn’t work for everyone… I was a big Omarion fan, but then he just did too much overall with his rising. If anyone will bring that ass back down to earth, it will be your fans.
