Since moving to Seattle to start a family with Russell Wilson the altruistic R&B star Ciara has been an avid supporter of several children’s hospitals and charities.

This week, she invited her pal Kelly Rowland to join her on her latest trip to the Seattle Children’s Hospital.

Their mission? To lift the spirits of its residents with song.

Ciara’s husband plays for the Seattle Seahawks which means she now divides her time between the seaport city and Los Angeles where Rowland is based.
