New Video: Ozuna & Cardi B – ‘La Modelo’

Cardi B fans received a double dose of newness today.

Indeed, fresh from her appearance in the visual for ‘No Limit,’ the fiery femcee stuns in the video for Ozuna collaboration ‘La Modelo.’

Filmed in Jamaica, the clip depicts the pair trading verses in Spanish against a colorful backdrop.

Having achieved ample success this year on the domestic and global Hip-Hop scene, this collab sees Cardi celebrate her roots and broaden her audience even further; as Ozuna is easily one of the most notable new names on the reggaeton circuit.

    Where Remy Ma lacked is in cross over/international appeal. B**** is stuck on hood s*** while n***** are try to move out the hood. Cardi and Nicki, especially Kim in her time, handle that department fine, i just hope Cardi doesn’t get caught up and weaken her Hip-Hop appeal and roots like Nicki.
