I did not say Mariah did not sign a lease. I said that Nicki never owned this house. Thus, the article is FALSE! This article alleges Nicki owned the property which is simply not true.

TMZ even reported Nicki and Meek rented the mansion and there has been no mention of MC having financial problems and truth be told she now owns all her masters that is why she was to combine all her #1 singles on her #1 to infinity album from both her Columbia and IDJ tenures. She also owns everything from the Glitter era. So I am sure she is doing quite good monetarily.
