On hand to help lovers nationwide celebrate Valentine’s Day, the songstress lent a stirring rendition of her Billboard Hot 100 #1 hit, ‘Angel of Mine.’  Angelic indeed, the Grammy winner, her band, and trio of background singers donned all white while she soared over the cut’s reworked arrangement.

Go girl! Hopefully she releases info on a new label home! ❤️

Not hating, but I believe you over exaggerated the performance. I seen her do a stunning performance in the past, but this performance was ok. It’s good to see her being booked though.

She’s looks great, signature style, but it’s always just ‘Good’ with Monica – not ‘Great’. But tbh – so many of the children wish they could consistently deliver ‘Good’ because the only thing they peddling live is ‘Mediocre’ so no shade no hate toward Monica. ??

This is not her best performance and she can still out sing Rihanna, Meme must be crying somewhere in her corner lol ?

Monica used to do background vocals with me back in the day, when we sang for khia(my neck my back).. wow she’s grown up so much. It’s crazy how we’ve grown, she’s a music star and I’m now a coloring book elusive chanteuse.

You sound dumb AF Monica was out way before khia dumb ass lol

To be honest, I always preferred the version by the U.K girl group Eternal.

    • truthteller February 17, 2018

I like both for different reasons. Eternal were a great girl group. It’s a shame the UK can’t produce something like that again instead of trash like Little Mix

I love my girl to the core but a lot of it felt restricted for me. I prefer when Monica sings relaxed and more with her fuller tone.

Seemed to focus on technique rather than full soul. She a Diva though wooo looking Angelic ❤??

Its trur She should leave the vocal technique to Brandy and just sing

  9. Credits February 17, 2018

Her vibrato and breath control is amazing. See how she hold those notes. It’s interesting that she seems to be doing more now than when she was with her label.

You better deliver vocals, beauty and elegance! Monica better sang!!!!

  11. eric February 17, 2018

One of her best songs and a disappointing performance if you ask me. It seemed like she had no desire to be there, just apathy in place of love, passion and energy. I’ll give her a pass this one time, only because I’m feeling good after seeing Black Panther.

  12. JOHNVIDAL February 17, 2018

You did that girl. I just love Mo. She da bomb.

  13. My love February 17, 2018
