Now, just a day after learning the set will lead this week’s Billboard 200, the Grammy-winning crooner has gifted another of the project’s gems the video treatment: ‘He Was Never There.’
Branded a “docupoem,’ the short-film gives fans a sneak peek into The Weeknd’s life behind the scenes and the flash of the lens while ‘There’ – which features French DJ Gesaffelstein (the only guest star on ‘Melancholy’) – plays in the background.
