Justin Bieber‘s decision not to attend a deposition in his ongoing egging case has seen him slapped with the heavy hand of the law.

Bad news below…

You may remember that Bieber got himself into a spot of trouble when was accused of vandalising the home of one Jeff Schwartz before the release of his chart-blazing album ‘Purpose.’

Unfortunately, the case is still ongoing and has taken a turn for the worst after the judge overseeing the case learned that Justin may have ignored a request to sit down to discuss the incident to party with his people in New York.

In his ruling, the judge declared that since Justin Bieber didn’t feel the need to answer the questions for the deposition, he “will not be allowed to testify on his own defense.”

The judge also said that jury will be told that Justin “refused to appear for his deposition” and it will be admitted as fact that Bieber is liable for the egging and that he did so “with malice.”

And in what can be interpreted as a sign that the judge is already considering just how much Bieber will have to pay Schwartz, the judge also ordered Bieber to produce his financial records (including his net worth) within 20 days.

For missing the depositions Justin has been ordered to cough up $7,500 in sanctions.

He is yet to respond to this news publicly.
