Chris Brown’s ongoing legal spat with the mother of his daughter Royalty has reached new lows now that the innocent child has been accused of stealing to fund her mother’s lifestyle.
Details below… Nia Guzman, a former friend of his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran, is the mother of Royalty and believes she is entitled to more child support from her affluent baby father.
Now, new legal documents filed in the case, reveal that Nia has painted such a bad picture of Chris to the child that she once lifted money ( $300) from her grandmother’s purse and gave it to her mother!
Nia says this may because she told Royalty that the $6,500 a month Chris gives her each month isn’t enough. She believes he now owes her $250,000 in child support.

It is not necessarily false allegations as other sites are reporting it. The kid is 4 after all and capable. The issue here is that Chris’s lawyers need to muzzle the baby mother from the media. Issues like this are best settled right away in mediation if possible. If the baby mother is adamant that she is entitled to a hefty sum and unwilling to listen to reason then Chris’s legal team should sue her for defamation and deposition her bank statements and expenses. Yes, she is entitled to more than 6500 a month based on his income but she has the burden of proof to show what her expenses truly are and where the money is going and where the additional money will go. For starters, she claims she is living in a 2 bedroom apt in Woodland Hills. 6500 won’t buy you a house there but if Chris were to increase the amount of child support there should be a legal stipulation that she must use some of the money to purchase a house!
Why should she get more than 6500 a month for a 4 year old? Chris’ team should offer 10k a month as well as him paying for her education expenses. That’s all she really needs right now.
@Hmm – She doesn’t even need $10k! She is getting $2500 per month, her mother the kid’s grandma is getting $6500 because she is the “nanny” and Chris pays her that. So if you add up what her mother (the grandma of the kid is getting) plus the child support she is getting $9k per month.

She should get more as a matter of law. In most states it is 17 to 19 percent of the working parent’s income. There are factors a judge uses to bring that number up or down but there certainly is a baseline percentage in all states so 6500 a month is very cheap for CA. Perhaps they originally reached an agreement on their own and now the baby mama realizes she is entitled to more money by way of law.

What a poor write up. First off, Chris pays $2500 a month. (Note: The baby momma’s mother is the nanny and Chris pays her $6500 per month I believe.) In regards to the kid stealing, that is a result of the parents and since the MOM is the primary, custodial parent, I believe, she is the one responsible for her kid stealing.
In regards to the entire child support deal, I feel no sympathy for him. He slept with a groupie and he’s getting what is expected.
