‘No Tears Left To Cry’ singer Ariana Grande gave the tune new meaning as she emerged Monday for her first live performance in two months following the highly publicized death of ex-boyfriend Mac Miller and subsequent split from fiance Pete Davidson.
Not even two months after promising to take time off to “heal after a difficult year” (click here to read on that), Grande took to the stage of NBC’s ‘Very Wicked’ Halloween special – designed to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the wildly popular musical, ‘Wicked’ – to give her best homage to the Emerald City by donning an emerald green ensemble with matching lipstick.
Joining a performance roster that included the likes of Ledisi, Adam Lambert, Pentatonix, and more, look inside to see Grande deliver a must-see rendition of the ‘Wicked’ soundtrack cut, ‘The Wizard and I’:
The showing comes as Grande’s first live performance since her appearance at Aretha Franklin‘s funeral and will serve as the warm-up for her soon-to-come ‘Sweetener’ tour. Click here to see dates.
