Aaron Carter: “I Paved The Way For Justin Bieber”

Published: Wednesday 21st Nov 2018 by David

At face value, Justin Bieber‘s closest Pop relatives are Justin Timberlake, his mentor Usher and Marky Mark circa 1992.

However, as anyone who lived through the TeenPop craze at the dawn of the new millennium knows, the unstoppable Pop prince was built with Aaron Carter in mind.

The younger sibling of Backstreet Boy Nick Carter, Aaron was wheeled in 1997 and saw his self-titled debut album shift 10 million copies. He was ten at the time.

Alas, recent years have seen the performer’s impact on Pop culture overlooked or erased by the masses have forgotten or are simply unaware of how impactful his short-lived reign was.

Now, he’s ready for all that to change.

Why do you think it has been so easy for the world to overlook Aaron?

While his debut album did well and he had a 20 mins crave, I really don’t think he was impactful. For 1, I can’t remember any of his songs and I am 100% sure JB doesn’t either.

Just because there are similarities, doesn’t mean he paved the way. JB core fans are of a completely different era and age to Aaron fans. I just don’t see him paving the way. I think JT did.

If he really believes he invented child stardom then that’s some next level delusion and it’s sad

  7. Hmmm… November 21, 2018

He did. So did Jesse McCartney.

Umm no, you and your brother’s group right along with all other young white t*** or kid artist/groups were built off the backs of black young artist. The choreography, the songs, samples all came from New Edition, Janet, Brandy, Toni, and young Usher. Usher came out as a kid. He is delusional… just like Elvis.. thieves of black culture and getting all credit.. real music people know the true facts!!! Frankie Limon also was a kid artist!

How can somebody pave the way for a person that never listened to them or even was inspired by them? Just because he was a white kid?

Michael Jackson paved the way for any every male t*** pop act who’ve came out. Aaron Carter boy you haven’t influenced anyone with that garbage ass bubble gum music you made lmao.
