Remy Ma‘s decision to do business with Vince Herbert now means she has been forced to release her business to the courts.

Herbert, who was married to R&B singer Tamar Braxton and once oversaw Lady Gaga’s career, is in legal trouble because he is having difficulty paying his debtors after his finances took a hit.

As a result, the legal system ordered his clients to hand over their financial records so it could assess how much of the money they made with Vince and how much of it could be used to clear his sizeable expenses.

Gaga produced her documents earlier this year and now, after she was found in contempt of court for ignoring calls to deliver hers, Ma has followed suit.

The rapper was ordered to hand to the court any money she owes to Vince so it can be turned over to his creditors  LDNX.

The record label Vince owes is seeking $380,000.
