Janelle Monae is heading to Glastonbury!

Fantastic news for our favourite ‘Electric Lady’ below…

Monae is to soar on the West Holts stage to support her funky new album ‘Dirty Computer’ and join a growing list of performers scheduled to perform led by Stormzy and Pop superstar Kylie Minogue.

The good news drops as Janelle enjoys the success she has earned as an actress following stand out performances in ‘Moonlight’, ‘Hidden Figures’ and ‘Welcome to Marwen’ and, according to Glastonbury organiser Emily Eavis, came about because her performance at the event in 2011 was “incredible.”

Visually it was just incredible. You could have watched it with the sound off.

As for the rest of the show’s lineup? Still growing!

We’re about 90% of the way there and final confirmations are going on now.

We can’t wait to see it.
