Michael Jackson’s Family Issue Statement On Documentary: “The Facts Don’t Lie, People Do”

Published: Monday 28th Jan 2019 by Sam

In life, Michael Jackson was long upheld by the support of his family. A reality that continues to hold true ten years on from his passing.

Now, as debate surrounding a controversial documentary intensifies, The Jacksons – as a collective – have issued a detailed statement in support of MJ.

Their powerful words below…

Michael Jackson is our brother and son. We are furious that the media, who without a shred of proof or single piece of physical evidence, chose to believe the word of two admitted liars over the word of hundreds of families and friends around the world who spent time with Michael, many at Neverland, and experienced his legendary kindness and global generosity.  We are proud of what Michael Jackson stands for.
People have always loved to go after Michael. He was an easy target because he was unique.  But Michael was subjected to a thorough investigation which included a surprise raid of Neverland and other properties as well as a jury trial where Michael was found to be COMPLETELY INNOCENT.  There has never been one piece of proof of anything.  Yet the media is eager to believe these lies.
Michael always turned the other cheek, and we have always turned the other cheek when people have gone after members of our family – that is the Jackson way. But we can’t just stand by while this public lynching goes on, and the vulture tweeters and others who never met Michael go after him. Michael is not here to defend himself, otherwise these allegations would not have been made.
The creators of this film were not interested in the truth. They never interviewed a single solitary soul who knew Michael except the two perjurers and their families.  That is not journalism, and it’s not fair, yet the media are perpetuating these stories.
But the truth is on our side.   Go do your research about these opportunists.  The facts don’t lie, people do. Michael Jackson was and always will be 100% innocent of these false allegations.
The Jackson Family
Their words come on the heels of a thorough and compelling clap-back at the doc from the Michael Jackson Estate – who highlighted a number of notable points about the accusers at the center of the doc.

The Jacksons are NOT here for the bullsh*t. Michael is innocent, period end of story.

While I do not believe MJ is completely innocent he also is not guilty here either! The family’s statement was very nice but the jury did NOT find MJ ‘COMPLETELY INNOCENT’. The jury found him ‘not guilty’. Nobody is found ‘COMPLETELY INNOCENT’ in a court of law! It is either guilty or not guilty. I believe MJ is not guilty when it pertains to these two men (Wade and James Safechuck).

Based on what I know of MJ there is a gray area when it came to kids. Was he the Mommy Dearest type or a monster p***? I would say neither. However, anytime an adult lets little kids sleep in their bed then there is touching going on whether it be consciously or unconsciously. That is why it is NOT appropriate for adults to sleep in the same bed as a child. Children need their own bed all to themselves! I think Sean Lennon depicted what his experiences with MJ quite well:

You want to say something was wrong and throw conjecture about minors being in MJ’s home, but you have a video of what R. Kelly was doing with the underage girls he brought home from malls and everywhere else and you still defend him as though he did nothing wrong. Horribly biased.

ERIC R. Kelly has NOT been linked to underrage girls since the 90s. That was 20 years ago. At some point, I am not going to hold bad deeds of 20 years ago over someone’s head the rest of their life when the state laws’ condemn the bad deed as a misdimeanor and the bad deeds were already tried in court and the jury ruled ‘not guilty’. Furthermore, there has been NO accusers against R. Kelly that did not try to EXTORT money out of him. Blackmailers and people who try to extort money ARE NOT CREDIBLE!

In MJ’s case there are accusers that NEVER were after money. For example, Sean Lennon said what he had to say about his experiences with MJ through song and a music video. Terry George is another accuser that was not after money. Terry accused MJ of talking about masturebation. Now in both cases with Sean Lennon and Terry George from a legal perspective MJ did NOTHING illegal. It is that GREY area that is not quite covered by law. There were no laws against an adult having phone s.ex with a minor (this was before the age of cell phones and texting photos) and there are no laws technically against an adult just ‘sleeping’ in the same bed as a kid like in Sean Lennon’s case!

There is only one reason the Jackson Family doesn’t want this documentary made.
    BECAUSE THEY’RE NOT GETTING PAID.

I never believed any of the accusations about Michael when it came to the p*** stuff. Sure Michael was off center and had a childlike quality, but I believe he loved the innocence of children because he saw so much evil in the industry and he never got to experience his childhood.
These people I do feel are just trying to capitalize on there era we are in now.
