Vince Herbert has learned that the money he earns from his work with Toni Braxton, Lady Gaga & Destiny’s Child may be seized to clear his debts.
Full story below…
Herbert, married to Tamar Braxton, has found himself facing intense financial woes after it emerged that he owes large sums of cash to a number of organisations.
One of these?
Manhattan Leasing Enterprises.
This company says the exec breached a Rolls Royce-related agreement with them and was awarded $65,000 for its troubles. Well…almost. For, Vince is still yet to pay up meaning it has no choice but to find another way to retrieve the cash he owes them.
Manhattan specifically wants to know about royalties that Herbert is collecting for his work on the Toni Braxton songs “How Many Ways” and “Please,” multiple tracks by JoJo, Destiny’s Child, Mindless Behavior, Montell Jordan, Bryson Tiller and even music from Gloria Gaynor.
This is because it believes Vince is still earning substantial amounts from his work with these artists but is hiding it from them.
They have subpoenaed American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) to find answers about Herbert’s royalties and music income.
A hearing will take place this month.
