According to TMZ, the ‘Beauty & The Beast’ / ‘Whole New World’ singer was hospitalised on Saturday after his heart gave way at his home.
Sources close to the 2x Grammy winner confirmed that he’s responding well to treatment and a full recovery is hoped for.
A rep for the 68-year-old would only officially offer the following:
“At this time, privacy is requested; however, the thoughts and prayers of friends and fans are welcomed and appreciated.”

I just rewatched the original Aladdin and marveled that they got two Black singers to do A Whole New World, who are more historically accurate than the Could-pass-for-White actors they got.
