BlackPink are making serious waves on a streaming front with their no-nonsense brand of stylised Pop!

Full report below…

The group’s smash hit jam ‘Kill This Love‘ is powered by Interscope Records (home to Gwen Stefani, Lady Gaga and Fergie) and, as of this week, surpassed streaming gains made by their chart siblings Fifth Harmony and Little Mix.

The track reached the 100 million streams arena on Spotify in just 40 days, 2 days faster than the previous record holder ‘Work From Home’ by the aforementioned Harmony.

This piece of positive news touched down after their single ‘Ddu-Du-Ddu-Du’ was certified Platinum in South Korea and its predecessor ‘As If It’s Your Last’ peaked at #1 on the Billboard World Digital Songs tally!

They deserve it. I love this song and the talent is refreshing to see! The fact that they speak two completely different languages is crazy to me.
