A month after the BET Awards’ nominations were oficiallly announced (click here to see the nominees), ‘B.E.D.’ singer Jacquees was M-A-D when he found out his name was absent from the list of potential honorees.
In a now-deleted video, the self-proclaimed ‘King of R&B’ expressed royal disappointment in the network for failing to acknowledge the success of his mixtapes and 2018-released debut studio album, ‘4275.’
“Hold on…How in the f**k am I not nominated for a BET Award?” he asked. “Bruh, how the f**k is that possible?”

Anyone salty at not being nominated for the EBT awards is a joke just like the show they are whining about. A quick glance at the EBT nominations proves how disorganized and good this show is. I’ll give y’all some examples:
1. Why is John Legend, Chris Brown, and Bruno Mars nominated for ‘Best Hip Hop Artist’ when they are R&B / Pop singers?
2. Why do the A-listers continue to avoid attending at this show unless they are guaranteed awards and album promo?
3. Why is Kirk Franklin nominated every year since this awards show began?
4. Why is my girl Bey nominated every year regardless if she has new material out or not?
5. Why are the best RNB songs never nominated year after year (Where is Toni Braxton’s ‘Long As I Live’ which held the number one spot on the RnB chart for many weeks?)
