Not even two weeks after a jury found Katy Perry and her team guilty of copyright infringement for her 2013 hit ‘Dark Horse’ (click here to read more), it seems the singer may be well on her way to taking yet another ride to court.

Actor-model Josh Kloss portrays Perry’s love interest in her 2010 music video, ‘Teenage Dream,’ but he’s recently come forward to assert the experience was nothing short of a nightmare.
Writing on Instagram, Kloss said despite only making $650 from the gig he enjoyed the singer’s company as the two did everything from sing praise and worship songs together to visiting strip clubs. He also added:
“It was Johny Wujek’s birthday party at moonlight roller way. And when I saw her, we hugged and she was still my crush. But as I turned to introduce my friend, she pulled my Adidas sweats and underwear out as far as she could to show a couple of her guy friends and the crowd around us, my penis. Can you imagine how pathetic and embarrassed I felt?”
Expecting to be quizzed on why he waited nearly a decade to bring the allegations to light, he said her reps prevented him from speaking out. Now, he’s breaking his silence:
“I just say this now because our culture is set on proving men of power are perverse,” Kloss wrote. “But females with power are just as disgusting.”

Other than the allegation itself, what is clear from this statement is that he does not feel that he was properly compensated for the use of his image—I think that’s what this is about, money. It may have happened(?) but his reason for coming out does not seem like it’s about justice.
Exactly!!!!! I think he felt that too many men were being picked on as sexual predators, so why shouldn’t the women be called out…too? And He chose the anniversary of TD to do it! That s***’s creepy and calculated!

But before attacking the guy, give him the benefit of the doubt. I think it’s harder for guys to speak out about things like that.
You don’t hear the medias talking much about male r***, women beating their partner etc. There’s a double standard somehow. It may be a minority compared to cases with women but it does exist.
Listen if these people wait more than a certain amount of time these cases should be thrown out. She probably dont even remember him from a decade ago. Just weird everybody waits 10-20 years to bring this up. She would have heard from my lawyer that same night.
