Carribean, or “islandy” music was born from R&B, therefore “Work” was Rihanna’s last top 5 R&B hit.

In fact, Truth Hurts is almost like a throwback to a bygone era when you would have multiple songs just like it, if not better, scattered around the chart. This generation’s version of popular music is dreadful. Hence, Old Told Road at No.1 for nearly 20 weeks.

I cannot get into Lizzo or her music. I won’t say she’s untalented, because that’s not my belief but her music isn’t it for ME. She comes across as a caricature.
