Royalties for the performance of the record are shared between the label who owns the sound recording and artists and publishing royalties go the writers and publishing co.
Unless you can produce the specific agreement for this song, you would have to guess. Normani is smart enough to be cut in as both a performer and a writer since she has a publishing imprint.
