American fashion retailer Forever 21 announcing their intent to file bankruptcy last week is just one of many financial problems in its foreseeable future if ‘Problem’ singer Ariana Grande has anything to say about it.
The Grammy-winner is making headlines for reportedly filing a trademark infringement lawsuit against the ailing brand in the amount of a whopping $10 million.

[Grande’s] accusing the clothing retailer of trademark infringement for stealing her name and likeness to promote its products and a beauty company started by its founders’ daughters.
In a complaint filed in Los Angeles federal court on Monday (September 2), Grande accused Forever 21 and the Riley Rose beauty company of publishing at least 30 unauthorized images and videos misappropriating her name, image, likeness and music to confuse consumers into thinking she endorsed them.
Grande said this followed the February breakdown of talks to create a joint marketing campaign because Forever 21 would not pay enough.

As if that’s not enough, the 25-year-old alleges Forever 21 was deceptive to consumers by hiring a model who looks “strikingly similar” to her and used audio and lyrics from her recent #1 single, ‘7 Rings,’ to help sell its products.
Yikes! As of time reported, the company has not responded to the accusations.

Minnie Ripperton…influenced her whistle notes……they were trying for years to recreate Whitney’s success in Pop and RnB hence Mariah. Anyhow….a true musician and not fan would tell you what set whitney apart from everyone was her tones, yes she had a booming voice and could sing, but most singers from the 80s, 90s and 2000s could sing….but they never had her tones, mariah came the closest, not even the great so called Beyonce came close (now the BeeHive is gonna attack) she a great entertainer but after a while she sounds like an annoying buzzz saw.
AriAna has enough money. She should have took what they offered and collaborated for forever 21 and h&m instead she was playing with both of them trying to see who would offer more.
