Another day, another legal drama for R&B bad boy Chris Brown.

The Grammy-winner may currently courting audiences of thousands on his electrifying ‘INDIGOAT’ tour (click here to see dates), but he may be summoned to court if a former backup dancer has her way.

According to recently obtained legal documents, dancer Danielle Griffin has filed a lawsuit against Breezy with claims he should be held liable for an eye injury she sustained on an unspecified video shoot of his.

Read more inside:

Our friends at The Blast first reported about the docs filed by Griffin.  According to the dancer’s suit, Angel – the makeup artist on the video’s set – “carelessly and negligently poured fake liquid blood on (Griffin’s) head without eye protection after assuring her that the substance was safe.”

With the incident reportedly causing harm to both of the dancer’s eyes, she’s seeking $25,000 for “loss of past and present wages” and damages from Brown and his production team (whom she claims “had a duty to properly train its employees and agents on the use of dangerous substance including fake liquid blood when preparing dancers and performers for the music video”).

As of time reported, the singer has not responded to the claims.

    If anyone needs a conservatorship, it’s C.B.

You have to work and use the computer and internet, and if you can do that and dedicate some time each day then you can do this with no problem.
I have been working with this for a month and have made over $2,000 already. let me know if you need more help.

i usually side eye these types of claims, but this one is LEGIT. she isn’t asking for a ridiculous amount of money — enough to cover the gigs she most likely missed as a result of having to recuperate.

i don’t feel though that Chris should be a target. the production company that filmed his video is responsible. and honestly, for bodily injury, $25k is a steal.

they need to simply cut her an out of court paycheck. an attorney may aid her in securing more if there is too much pushback.

Brent i usually ALWAYS agree with you but sorry i disagree here. I think she is going after an easy money grab. Hence, why the amount is low. Fake blood is just corn syrup and food coloring. That does not cause damage to anyone’s eyes!

If she is allergic to the ingredients and she inquired about safety then they are. pay the money.

Paying the little 25K is cheaper than even fighting this BS lawsuit so i agree pay up.
