Similar to the Beyoncé/Blue Ivy situation back in 2012-2013. People made fun of her daughters face, hair, clothes, who the nanny was, who the real surrogate mother was, BET literally had to retract a statement they made about the child being ugly. Beyoncé was crucified because a dress made it look as if her pregnant belly was fake. People said it was a publicity scheme and she was faking so she wouldn’t lose her body despite her filming videos, photos shoots, live performances and a string of concert dates with a growing belly. It was to the point that after the promotional run for “Epic”, she completely cut herself off from the general public and focused on her fan base. It’s not fair, but it’s completely understandable. I hate when artist have to cut ties with promo because things get cut up but, it’s a good way to say “Stay out my life, buy my music!”.
