Fetty Wap has fresh legal trouble on his hands after he was accused of ruining a home he was renting in the Hollywood Hills.

Wap is said to have been renting the property for $35,000 a month and is now accused of destroying it…with smoke.
In legal documents obtained this month, the home’s landlords claim that they were forced to repaint the entire home because its walls were poisoned by the pungent smell of smoke and required to refurbish it after returning to find a number of damaged goods and sullied items.
They are seeking $170,964 in damages.
The landlords were keen to point out that the rapper paid his rent on time every month and was so reliable that they were happy to enter a new agreement when he asked to extend his three-month stay (which started in April 2018) to eleven months.
However, they say he broke the agreement by smoking and throwing parties in the house even though he knows he was prohibited from doing so.
In addition, the landlord claims Fetty left holes in the walls and damaged the A/V equipment, sofas, cushions, coffee tables, pillows, desk cabinets, and mirrors.
They are suing to get the money they believe they are owed, plus punitive damages “in an amount sufficient to punish and make an example of” him.
Well duh he’s using it as a trap house and can only see out of one eye ?
