The rapper is accused of running away from a paternity test he is said to have agreed to take after learning that he may be the father of a three-month-old boy named Legend Ary Wilburn.
Now, the child’s mother is hoping the law will force him to acknowledge his latest blessing.
This week Cindy Renae Parker filed legal documents in Texas and received permission from a judge to serve Future’s lawyers in Georgia because she says he has been impossible to track down and trace ever since the boy’s birth.
He is yet to respond to the allegations.
