After lengthy wait, Jason Derulo is finally ready to unleash his fifth studio album ‘2 Sides.’
The set serves as the Pop performer’s first full length LP since 2015’s ‘Everything Is 4’ and is preceded by a slew of singles released in the time since.

At a point the project was christened ‘777,’ but the title was later changed. The explanation the singer gave was:
“777 was a stage in my life and it has taken a long time to do this album but this name, 2 Sides, is more poignant to where I think I am now in my life and what I think the album exudes – the light and the dark side of who I am – the album exemplifies that in both ways.
People have never seen the urban side of what I do as well so they’ll get to see that side for the first time. It’s an album that has so many different faces so 2 Sides was the more appropriate title.”

Jason took too long of a break. He got luck with the Talk Dirty album and Want to Want Me, but his time is up. He’ll be good for a throwback in 10 years though. Still s3xy as h3ll..I’d still swalla.
He just lost his touch with his music that’s all.
Because he looks like me, I’ve always wanted to become a supporter; however, his creative team has successfully made him look corny. This promo video is an example. It’s so lame man.. and behind the ball. The whole Afro.. back to the motherland concept has / is being done. And it could still be tapped into if done with a cool creative twist.. yet they keep falling short. And why isn’t he making more urban music? Why is Chris Brown’s music so much better than his that we legit don’t see him as a threat?
Literally, Ive gone on few rants about how the game is missing a prominent male super entertainer and forget about Jason every time.
