Much to the delight of their legion of fans, Black Eyed Peas recently unleashed the ever so sexy music video for their latest single, ‘eXplosion.’ Tapping Brazilian bombshell Anitta to assist, the 26-year-old trades verses with the group’s leader – will.i.am – over the horn-filled soon-to-be-hit:
“Boy, you know who I am, no, I am no beginner,” she coos. “I make it hotter than the sun — fire, fire, fire, I’m a sizzler.”
Decorated with a troop of colorful dancers, the video’s arrival – seemingly a tie-in with the group’s scheduled performance at this year’s Rock in Rio festival – comes as a fitting ode to the country’s dance and music culture.

Wil.i.am is seriously a terrible producer. He thinks he’s so innovative, but he’s terrible. I can’t remember what artist said this, but one of the female popstars said in the studio, he told her “Nobody cares what you say in the verse of a song. You can say anything and nobody will notice. The chorus is all that matters.”
After I read that quote, “Britney Jean” made a lot more sense…as well as every single song wil.i.am has produced. He needs to go away and just retire.
