Jessie J is back in the lab and she’s tapped one of Pop’s most notable producers to bake her next batch of bops.

Taking to Instagram, J revealed that she’s reunited with Max Martin – notable for helming many a smash from the likes of Ariana Grande, Britney Spears, Katy Perry, and Pink.
He’s also worked with the Brit-bred belter on hits ‘Domino’ and ‘Bang Bang.’

Jessie’s as yet untitled project will be her first traditional offering since ‘R.O.S.E,’ which arrived in four unique parts in May 2018.
With preceding project driving in a more mellow, introspective direction, the enlisting of Martin – who is renown for his big Pop bops – may be an indicator of the sound Jessie’s readying for her next swing of the bat.

Oh great! All we need is another album of her shouting. Don’t get me wrong she can sing. But she shouts way more and it’s annoying. That’s why she isn’t getting no pull in the industry.
Clearly there’s no WiFi or cellular where you live because anyone who knows anything about Jessie J and her track ‘Think About That’ or album ROSE knows she was the epitome of restrained. You tried it – but no, sit down please you are talking smack instead of facts. ??
Jessie Js issue is that she has no identity in the industry. She’s a third rate pop diva. Her last effort had a few gems but overall, her material is forgettable.
Great voice, but her music is just uninteresting which isn’t solely her fault.
She def needs a new team. Music is just horrid, but I’m glad some seem to enjoy it. Not for me though.
Unfortunately, I think Jessie’s time to truly crossover in America has passed. The excitement surrounding her faded after bang bang. I hate that, because she’s so talented and truly deserves success. Hopefully I’m wrong because she deserves to win. But you have to strike while the iron is hot. Bang bang was 5 years ago…
