The multi-talented entertainer is accused of assaulting a police officer, causing criminal damage, making terroristic threats and engaging in disorderly conduct.

McCall was in Georgia court fighting Marcille for custody of their daughter, Marley Rae. Marcille has always had custody and recently moved to dismiss his case. She believes McCall is dangerous and doesn’t want her kid around him.
The reality star pointed out McCall had been arrested for domestic violence. She even accused him of not paying a dime in child support.
Earlier today, McCall took to Instagram Live as he walked around the courthouse. A police officer approached McCall telling him to stop recording inside the court.
He is currently being held on a $9,500 bond.
