The diva supreme kicked off her 2019 ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You Tour’ at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas this weekend and brought the festive fire.
Rocking many ensemble, Mimi took vocal flight with holiday hits such as the tour’s title track, ‘Joy To The World,’ ‘O Holy Night,’ and ‘When Christmas Comes.’
Carey also served up a live offering of one of her cornerstone cuts, ‘We Belong Together.’

Mariah Carey has been introducing herself as that for over 20 years now. Just go back to the 2001 Super Bowl and that is how she’s introduced. Thats not a missed opportunity because it isn’t anything new- it’s extremely old. ??♀️

I saw her sing AIWFCIY live in December of 2003 and I’ll never forget it. It is already #39 in the Top 40 earlier than usual this week. I’m hoping it could be #1 this holiday season, but there may be a backlash of the festive tune too? I know I’m streaming it a lot and even purchased her new Merry Christmas Deluxe CD. It’s fantastic. Anyway,let’s enjoy the holidays ??.
