Ashanti Joins ‘The Millennium Tour 2020’

Published: Thursday 5th Dec 2019 by Sam

Ashanti has just been added to the line-up of the hotly anticipated ‘Millennium Tour 2020.’

Full story below…

Headliner Omarion just broke the news moments ago, adding that he was “so excited” to welcome the Grammy winner to the super stacked bill.

Few, if any singers, are more defining of the tour’s title. Indeed, the R&B belle had quite the stronghold on the early 00s scene – churning out back to back bops as part of Murder Inc and solo. Like, it’s impossible to forget or deny tunes such as ‘Baby,’ ‘Rain O Me,’ ‘Only U,’ and Hot 100 #1 ‘Foolish.’

Ashanti will be performing alongside O, Bow Wow, Pretty Ricky, Soulja Boy, Sammie, the Ying Yang Twins, as well as her former INC comrade Lloyd.

As reported, B2k have been “bump, bump, bumped” from the line-up, having headlined the trek’s 2019 run. Amidst rumors of rifts, Omarion is taking the baton and pressing on solo.

‘The Millennium Tour 2020’ kicks off next February, with tickets going on-sale tomorrow (Dec 6th) via Ticketmaster.

A tour full of has been

Remember why everyone compared her to beyonce?
Yall keep comparing normani to beyonce, and she will flop just like ashanti.

    A mess.

Normani is Spotify’s 36th most streamed female artist of 2019!

Camila is number 4 most streamed female artist of 2019. After releasing 5 flops, she’s still in the top 5.

      ?????

      • only facts December 5, 2019

And Camila has an album. Of course her streams are higher. How would Normani outstream someone with an album, when Normani only has a handful of songs?

    We want Chris Brown too

But why in the flyer promoting the tour does it say “Grammy Award winner” in air quotes for Ashanti?! Grammatically that implies it isnt true. That alone is hilarious.

Although this is GREAT. I think Omarion or Ashanti should have just put together a “ladies addition” of the millennial tour.
    Ashanti
    Keyshia Cole
    Ciara
    Keri Hilson
    lil mama
    Amerie
    Cherish
    Nivea
    Letoya luckett
    .
Those girls were KILLING it back then in the early through mid 2000s.

I Agree with all except Ciara I feel like she don’t need it bc that would belittle her and group her in on the same level as them when she’s not, Even tho I do like the rest that’s named and still listen to all their music so no disrespect to them but Ci still kinda thriving it wouldn’t be a good idea for her.

Oh yeah! And Alicia Keys should be in the ladies addition as well! ?
