New Song: Dua Lipa – ‘Future Nostalgia’

Published: Friday 13th Dec 2019 by Sam

Dua Lipa is pouring out more newness and this time it’s ‘Future Nostalgia’ – the title track of her hotly anticipated new album.

Due next year, the Londoner’s sophomore set was launched with lead single ‘Don’t Stop Now’ and follows success at the 2019 GRAMMYs – where she walked home with two honors, including Best New Artist.

For this funkified jam, she teamed with hitmaker Jeff Bhasker who produced the song alongside Coffee. Lipa said of the cut:

“Future Nostalgia is my album title track and is a little something to tide you over ’till the New Year. I wrote this one with Jeff Bhasker and Coffee one afternoon in LA. It’s all playful and fun and not taking ourselves too seriously but we loved it so much we wanted to share it with you.”

Take a listen below…

A bop!

Normani look at ur peers, releasing new music, new video, teasing new music, etc while u are there posing for photos on different magazines like a reality star.

    ????

Normani really think she beyonce and the public will wait for her to release new music.

Gurl 2020 is already looking hot as f****.
Drake, justin bieber, rihanna, lady gaga to name a few are all releasing projects in 2020.

    U will not survive.
Camila is also coming with that song with da baby. 10 million streams under 4 days.

Now you want to rely on a Dababy’s future. You dont even love/know him like that. As obsessed with Camila as you are you are not even a fan of hip hop. Now you put all your hopes in a feature… poor thing your fave is desperate

You’re right, a synonym for basic is fundamental

I know this site covers musicians of all races but I think I’m going to stop giving this dusty blog traffic. If the owner is truly black I don’t think he would continue to crank out stories of a known racist. Let’s stop supporting blogs, vlogs, podcasts, and businesses that promote racists. I’ll be spreading this comment across multiple articles. I like that this site posts multiple articles in a day but we can all find a different blog that does that. I like hip hop dx and theybf.com. I’m sure its other blogs that post just as much as TGJ. Let’s take our traffic elsewhere since TGJ supports known racists specifically Camila Cabello.

That cover is too much. Keep the same energy y’all had for Lizzo.

  8. POPS MUVA December 13, 2019

I wasn’t expecting much because she has been releasing basic predictable tracks but I like this one. The sound, production, lyrics, melody. 10/10 it is not generic like Don’t Start Now. props to Ms. Dua Lipa

Yaaasss Dua! ? This really makes you anticipate the album

Do-ya Floppa’s new single stuck at #42 after six weeks in release, but Mariah Carey’s 25 year-old song jumps from #3 to #1.
