Demi Lovato Talks Eating Disorder & Wanting To Make Out With Rihanna / Previews ‘I Love Me’ Music Video

Published: Thursday 5th Mar 2020 by Sam

Demi Lovato is gearing up for a big reveal tonight. For, she’ll be unleashing new single ‘I Love Me’ and its accompanying video in a mere matter of hours.

Produced by Oak Felder (who also helmed ‘Sorry Not Sorry’), the anthemic track serves as the lead release from Lovato’s upcoming album and arrives after the songbird signalled her return with a powerful performance of ‘Anyone’ at the 2020 GRAMMYs.

Perhaps most notable is that the song is the first traditional single to be launched by Lovato since her 2018 overdose and since sharing that she had battled an eating disorder.

During her 10th appearance on Ellen today she opened up about the latter and seemed to intimate that her previous team fuelled some of her body worries.

On a lighter note, she spilled on wanting to make-out with Rihanna.

All awaits after the jump…

Check out her sit-down on Ellen:

Not throwing shade, I think she has a good voice, but she yells too much. You can show case your vocal range without yelling that much IMO.

Girl has too many problems and uses them for sympathy and clout. Every time she hits rock bottom it’s a new thing.

    From being bipolar
    To drug abuse
    To eating disorder
    To alcoholism
To being now apart of the LGBT community

Yes, live your truth and overcome them, but figure out completely everything and anything first before you come back to the light because if you don’t something will always pull your right back and the public isn’t going to keep welcoming you with open arms every time you decide to relapse. You can’t keep playing the sympathy card. Grow the f*** up and handle your shît. That’s more respectable than any record you put out crying about it.

Did she ever say she was bipolar? I don’t remember that being one of her issues. Asking for clarification

      • Ugghh March 5, 2020

Yes, 3-4 years ago or so she publicly came out as being diagnosed as bipolar

This gurl has too much going on….. she probably will join the #ME too movement in the future just to get attention. She never count her blessing. Talking about being a survivor, no one forced u to drink or do drugs. Her mindset and vocal are unstable. Should’ve locked her up in a mental hospital.

Okay Demi! It looks like scooter for ally got you with some good songwriters because that’s been the problem with all your songs….you’re not that f SF front of a songwriter. And I’m glad it’s not another ballad. Let’s see what you’ve got Demetria

How the f.ck was anyone supposed to know it would be fast or slow. Clearly YOU’RE slow because my comment was “I hope this isn’t another ballad.” Why are you so obsessed with my comments? Stop following me, loser. All you’re getting from me today since you’re craving my attention

      • Clarks0o0ñ March 5, 2020

Demi, sorry, but we don’t care. Your “comeback song” came and went. I hate to say this, but Demi is a terrible songwriter and would benefit greatly by having other people write her songs. No shade. But if this is a sad ballad, keep it girl.

      ???
A rat will always be a RAT

I like the snippet. I think the vocal production could let her lead shine clearer than the bgs on the chorus but Demi + Oak = a hit! Can’t wait to get home and watch this interview
