French Montana‘s legal issues have been amplified today.

The entertainer has spent the last week battling fans who condemned his assertion that he has more chart hits than his Grammy-approved peer Kendrick Lamar.
Today brought with it news which suggests that it may not be long before he is scrutinised by the law after a young woman claimed that he raped her.
She recently informed the court that the rapper has been served with the lawsuit she filed against him and reveals that her mental health has been impaired by the incident which, as far she sees it, saw French and one of his employees violate her.
She remembers being incapacitated and “several men coming in and out of the bedroom.’ She says French “was one of the men who entered the room and sexually assaulted her.’ She woke up confused and rushed to a nearby hospital to have a rape kit administered. The test showed the presence of semen and she reported the incident to police.
He has not addressed the allegations publicly.
