Beyonce Blasts To #1 On iTunes With ‘Black Parade’

Published: Saturday 20th Jun 2020 by Sam

Beyonce whipped fans into a frenzy with the midnight release of new song ‘Black Parade.’

An unapologetic celebration of Blackness, the track’s arrival was timed to coincide with Juneteenth – the annual day to commemorate emancipation from slavery. It also lands amidst the global debate about racial inequality following the death of unarmed Black man George Floyd.

Upon the song’s unleashing, Queen Bey confirmed that proceeds will benefit various small Black businesses by way of her BeyGOOD foundation.

Fans are reacting positively too.

Just hours after its release, ‘Black Parade’ has rocketed to #1 on US iTunes – where it remains as at writing.

It’s notably also nabbed the #1 spot on Spotify‘s coveted Today’s Top Hits playlist and prime positioning on Apple Music‘s New Music Daily tally.

Suffice to say, ‘Parade’ – which follows Bey’s chart-topping ‘Savage (Remix)’ –  is off to a powerful start.

She’s creating more hatred toward other races. When the power gets overwhelmed and will draw lots of hatred of the GP, so good luck with that.
