Tori Kelly is back!
The ‘Nobody Love’ singer announced that she will be releasing a new EP on August 14 and shared an acoustic cover of Drake‘s ‘Time Flies’ from his ‘Dark Lane Demo Tapes.’

The song will be featured on the pop songstress’s new EP, ‘Solitude.’ This will be the first new music that she has released since her third studio album, ‘Inspired by True Events’ in 2019.

In addition to the Drake cover, the EP will feature four new songs that she penned and recorded from her home during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Kelly appears to be making a return to her singer-songwriter roots, which means a return to form is ahead.

Tori Kelly is Truly talented. She had a strong start with “Nobody Love” & “Should’ve been Us”, after she gave a meh look while Taylor Swift did a speech about women, her career hit bottom. What a waste!
She won 2 Grammys last year. Her career is fine. 🙄 and sit, lmao everybody was giving a meh look when Taylor was talking about women while she was up there surrounded by all men. She tried it.
Its not that “look”. She actually went down the gospel route for her sophomore and third album(which she did win 2 Grammys for) but probably wasn’t as mainstream as her debut LP. Her covering Drake might be hinting at a return to her 1st LP.
Great singer that never really made it
Hope its a bop this time like Unbreakable Smile. Her gospel music is alright but I sure hope she hasn’t given up on making pop music. Its a hard hitting industry but never give if that’s where you’re really passionate for!..
