The 15-time GRAMMY winner has officially announced duet ‘So Done’ as the latest taste of new album ‘ALICIA.’
And fans of the RCA Records pair won’t have to wait long. Because the video for the track is premiering at midnight (August 14).

We’ll have heard the whole album by the time it comes out.
I feel for Alicia. She is immensely talented but kinda lost her way with too many headline grabbing collabs/trying to chase trends. Swizz doesn’t make good music with her- they might be a family but they should keep the business separate.
She needs to reunite with Kerry Krucial Keys and go back to layered harmonies with piano. Perhaps reinterpretating a song or two and going for the Urban Adult Contemporary Market.
I also blame fans… they are quick to abandon an artist.
Actually Alicia Keys is one of the few artist that stayed true to who she is. It’s never been about the hype for me when it comes to Alicia Keys. So with the hype gone. I can honestly say she is still creating music that is genuine and not following trends. She’s been more herself recently than ever before. And her and Swizz make incredible music together. What they did on Element of Freedom was and is amazing. Putting out singles before the album will help her with sales when they album finally does drop.
