Dr. Dre is in headlines for all the wrong reasons this week.

Nicole Young, the mogul’s ex-wife, is seeking $2 Million in temporary spousal support during the finalizing of their divorce.
Why so much, you ask? From $10,000 on laundry to $135,000 in clothing, to $900,000 in entertainment among other expenses, Young claims that her total monthly cost is $2,530,000.
Furthermore, she suggests that Dre’s personal life was ‘marred’ with abuse. In a declaration obtained by The Blast, Young states:
‘While talented, Andre’s personal life was turbulent and violent and was marred by encounters with law enforcement, incarceration, and physical and emotional abuse against women.’
Young also details an incident which took place in April this year. Claiming that Dre kicked her out of the house while he was intoxicated, she states that this was the catalyst for filing for divorce.
‘Andre, who was intoxicated, told me that he wanted me to leave our (Brentwood) residence. He started yelling at me, ‘F**k you. F**k you. Get the f**k out. Get the f**k out. Go to Mailbu.’
She goes on to add:
‘Andre told me that he committed to improving our marriage. He stated that he would attend couples therapy with me and stop drinking, something he had also promised on March 19, 2020. However, it was not long before he showed he could not keep these promises.’
After the incident, Young claims that Dre sent her threatening text messages to ‘come see her’, and declaring ‘war’.
She is also asking for $5 million to cover attorney fees.
