Trouble abounds once again for Tamar Braxton.
For, just months after she reportedly attempted suicide, the singer’s boyfriend David Adefeso has gone to court asking for protection against her in what he describes as a domestic violence situation.

It’s not yet known why Adefeso filed the request. But he’s made it clear to the LA court that he’s seeking to prevent (further?) domestic violence from the ‘Love & War’ songbird.
The filing makes for a unique turn of events, given that Braxton expressed issue with Adefeso’s negative edit in her forthcoming reality show as a catalyst for the instability that led to her attempting to end her life.
Adefeso, a Nigerian entrepreneur, also told the emergency dispatcher the same when he found her unconscious at their residence in July.
Adding to the chaos and confusion, reports allege that some of Braxton’s family members have been concerned about changes in the singer since embarking on her relationship with Adefeso. With the central worry that he wields too much control and influence over her. Again, allegedly.
Also of note is that Braxton’s WE tv reality show ‘Get Ya Life!’ (which has been a point of contention) is still slated to premiere Thursday September 10.
Sigh.
The abuser likes to come off as the abused and seek attention for it. It’s all part of the abuse, manipulation and to try to keep the abused isolated.

I like Tamar and she started this romance being controlling. Stopping him from bonding with the men in her sisters lives and would tell him things like she didb’t want him to get caught up in their mess. She was possessive and made him look hempecked. I think she is just whipped and don’t want to be without him. Fatal attraction. That is my thought. I pray that she gets some help and that she will be alright.
