After recently revealing in her memoir ‘Find Your Harmony: Dream Big, Have Faith, and Achieve More Than You Can Imagine,’ that she is a virgin, former Fifth Harmony member Ally Brooke wants to encourage other virgins to stay strong.

Speaking to TMZ she said:
“If you guys are trying to honor that choice, stick to it, remember why you did it. Know that you are not alone. I know it’s tough, but you really can do it.”
The singer went on to reveal that some of her inspiration to remain a virgin came from fellow singers Jessica Simpson and Jordan Sparks.
However, the singer does not let her virginity hold her back from her career, saying:
“It’s also awesome because I can still be flirtatious, sexy, and fun in my music videos and in my songs. There’s just a certain line that I’m conformable with.”
