Ally Brooke is sharing new insights into her time with Fifth Harmony.

In an interview with Keke Palmer for her ‘This Is Keke Palmer‘ podcast,  Brook shared a compliment that Simon Cowell once told her.

“After we were formed, Simon pulled me to the side and he said, ‘You are the glue who holds the group together. And I was like, ‘Oh my God, what?’… It was like a crown that he was giving me,” she said.

Brooke’s words comes after Fifth Harmony went down to four members after Camila Cabello left and years after the group had released their last album in 2017.
